Week off!

Today is the first day of a week off work!  YAY!!

The past week hasn't been too good, started with an upset tummy on Monday, phoned in sick to work then thought better of it, went it 45 mins late in the end and then found out I still have to have them 45 mins as sick, so, that's a black mark against me, might as well of had the whole day off anyway!  Talk about better been hung for a sheep as a lamb!!    Anyway, had stomach cramps every time I ate for the whole week, got quite bad by Thursday, but, by Friday I was much better, think I'm recovered now!
Missed my Doctors appointment though!  By an hour.........  I thought it was 5:50 but it was actually 4:50, not good.......  Got to go back now on 8 of March, having to miss Ripon Runners on that night now.

So, as of today I have a week off work!  Got a few things planned!  Running been one of them!!  I've not been all week because of my tummy so my legs are raring to go I think!!

Not sure what I'm doing on Monday, might be going to Harrogate with my son, Tuesday might be a free day so that will be house work I guess, Wednesday my sis and I are going to Catterick to see my biggest sis, it's her Birthday that day so we're have a girley day!  Thursday I'm going to the pictures to see The Kings Speech with Katy, Friday is my Birthday and it's hubby's day off work, so, not sure what we're going to do that day...... Probably nothing...............

Been a while!!

It's been a while!  Nothing too much to say I guess!  My luck seems to be holding out!  Made £50 and then yesterday I won a £50 hair do at a salon in Harrogate!  Thank you to good old 97.2 Stray FM for that one!!
Running is going OK I guess, I think I'm just expecting too much too soon!  I tried to do a quick run yesterday of 2.5 miles but I think my pace was too much for me to maintain the whole distance so I just had to keep stopping!
Had a chat with my big sis today too, she gave me some reassurance......
Right, got to go to work now, start at 12:30 and there is no supervisor tonight so it's me and Margaret!  Never mind, I have the weekend to look forward to!  I plan on doing a looooong run on Saturday once the sun comes out!!  I was meant to go for one yesterday but ended up doing the kitchen instead!!
