Early start today! Work at 8 until 5 then home, quick tea for the family then off to Ripon Runners! First time for me this year I believe! Went with Doug and did almost 5 miles in exactly 1 hour! Wasn't going to go at first I really felt like I couldn't be bothered but I'm glad I did in the end! Lungs feel a bit rough but no where near as bad as they did only a few days ago!
Hoping to do 11 miles tomorrow!!
Going to the pictures tomorrow with hubby to see 127 hours! Looking forward to having a date with hubby!
