Well, tried to do a long run today, unfortunately my legs thought better of it! I'm hoping it's only because I did 5 miles yesterday and 3 on Monday, maybe my legs were just tired..... Hope so..... Anyway, I managed 7.7 miles but must have walked a fair bit of that...... Ah well, not gonna worry about it, I'll just try again on Saturday as it's my weekend off work, even though it's meant to be wet and windy! Sods law! lol.
Went to the cinema tonight with hubby to see 127 Hours.... I really enjoyed it! Bit gruesome but definatly good! Pick n mix is expensive!!! lol!

Well done Moe, It will all come together on the day. dont worry about it but look into nutrition pre and post run, you need carbs for fuel before, and you can store these from the day before,if you are going on a long run of over an hour and protein after to repair tired and torn muscles. this could help prevent the tired feeling. and a couple of days rest.
